Website enquiries
The PHP contact form stores your name, email, message and submission time in the operator’s website data. Administrators can review and delete these messages. A salted IP hash supports rate limiting; it is not a public record.
Browser scorebook
Team names, target and hand entries are stored locally in your browser. They are not uploaded by the scorekeeper. Use Reset to remove the saved scorebook or clear this site’s storage. Exported CSV files remain wherever you save them.
Sessions and external services
The PHP website uses session cookies for administrator login and form protection. Google Maps loads only after a click if the operator configures a real location. Analytics is disabled by default; if enabled, update this policy to explain the operator’s configuration and consent requirements. External destinations follow their own policies.
Contact and retention
Use the contact page for requests. The operator should publish real contact details and a retention policy before collecting public enquiries. No fabricated business address is supplied.
